the Utah Securities Association

The Utah Securities Association is a non-profit 501c-3 organization devoted to the promotion of the common interests of entities and persons licensed to sell securities in Utah. It's members cooperate in securing rational legislation concerning the sale of securities.

The Utah Securities Association organizes and promotes educational programs to protect investors from unregulated or unethical investment practices and works to foster a spirit of cooperation with regulators to achieve responsible and reasonable rulemaking. The Utah Securities Association also supports and promotes economic policies designed to build a strong securities industry in Utah.
